In Tuesday's non-league match, the host Moore Lions softball team scored a tight 3-0 victory over the Broken Arrow Tigers.
The Lions (15-5) will now prepare for their match against Putnam City North (Oklahoma City, OK). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 5-13 record. In their last match, Putnam City North tipped Putnam City (Oklahoma City, OK), 9-2, in a league match.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Yukon Millers (Yukon, OK) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 19. Broken Arrow will attempt to better on its 14-6 season record. The Millers go into the match with a 9-9 record after their 5-2 non-league win over Charles Page (Sand Springs, OK).
