The Haralson County Rebels triumphed over the visiting Model Blue Devils softball squad by a count of 13-1 in Tuesday's league challenge.
Next, the Rebels play the Darlington Tigers (Rome, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 6 challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Haralson County will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 1-15 record after their 17-7 non-league loss to Bowdon (Bowdon, GA).
The Blue Devils (4-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Heard County (Franklin, GA). The Braves enter the 1A D-I Region 6 challenge with a 13-5 record. In their last challenge, Heard County overcame Pepperell (Lindale, GA), 12-1, in a league challenge.
