Texas High School Volleyball - Nimitz tips Aldine

September 17, 2024: Houston, TX 77037

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Nimitz Cougars volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Aldine Mustangs.

The Cougars (9-17) will now prepare for their challenge against Westfield (Houston, TX). The Mustangs come into the 6A Region II District 14 challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Westfield edged Dekaney (Houston, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the MacArthur Generals (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 challenge, on Friday, September 20. Aldine will attempt to upgrade on its 8-21 season record. The Generals come into the challenge with a 14-14 record after their 3-0 league win over Eisenhower (Houston, TX).
