Texas High School Volleyball - Alexander over Del Rio

Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Alexander Bulldogs (Laredo, TX) and the visiting Del Rio Rams (Del Rio, TX), observed Alexander's volleyball team top Del Rio by a count of 3-0.

The Bulldogs (19-7) will now prepare for their contest against Medina Valley (Castroville, TX). The Panthers enter the 6A Region IV District 30 contest with a 18-11 record. In their last contest, Medina Valley notched a victory over Laredo LBJ (Laredo, TX), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Rams battle the United Longhorns (Laredo, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 30 contest, on Saturday, September 21. Del Rio will attempt to move on its 5-18 season record. The Longhorns enter the contest with a 17-6 record after their 3-1 league loss to United South (Laredo, TX).
