Franklin Broncos (Franklin, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech Dragons (Petersburg, VA), 3-1 in a league test.

With the win, Franklin improves its record to 3-4 on the season. The Broncos travel to Cumberland (Cumberland, VA) to face the Dukes in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18. The Dukes go into the test with a record of 2-5. Cumberland lost 3-0 in their recent league test against Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA)

The Dragons now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sussex Central for a Tri-Rivers test on Thursday, September 19. Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Southampton (Courtland, VA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-5.
