North Carolina High School Volleyball - North Davidson overwhelmed by Asheboro

September 17, 2024: Asheboro, NC 27203

The Asheboro Blue Comets topped the visiting North Davidson Black Knights volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Blue Comets face the Ledford Panthers (Thomasville, NC) in a Mid-Piedmont 3A game, on Thursday, September 19. Asheboro will attempt to advance on its 10-3 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 3-7 record after their 3-1 league loss to Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC).

The Black Knights (4-10) will now prepare for their game against West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Dragons go into the non-league game with a 9-3 record. In their last game, West Davidson gained a win over East Davidson (Thomasville, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
