California High School Volleyball - San Pasqual Valley can't hold off Bagdad

The Bagdad Sultans tipped the host San Pasqual Valley Warriors volleyball squad by a final score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Sultans confront the Desert Heights Prep Yote (Glendale, AZ) in a 1A - West game, on Friday, September 20. Bagdad will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Yote enter the game with a 3-2 record after their 3-1 league win over Anthem Prep (Anthem, AZ).

The Warriors (0-5) will now prepare for their game against Yuma Catholic (Yuma, AZ). The Shamrocks enter the non-league game with a 4-7 record. In their last game, Yuma Catholic held off Phoenix Christian (Phoenix, AZ), 3-1, in a non-league game.
