Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Battlefield Bobcats (Haymarket, VA) and the host Freedom Eagles (South Riding, VA), observed Battlefield's volleyball team top Freedom by a count of 3-0.

The Bobcats (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Unity Reed (Manassas, VA). The Lions enter the Cedar Run contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Unity Reed was knocked off by Hylton (Woodbridge, VA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Eagles battle the Osbourn Eagles (Manassas, VA) in a Cedar Run contest, on Thursday, September 19. Freedom will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Eagles enter the contest with a 4-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Manassas Park (Manassas Park, VA).
