The Bourbon County Colonels volleyball squad (Paris, KY), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Lafayette Generals (Lexington, KY)

With the win, Lafayette improves its record to 14-6 on the season. The Generals travel to Woodford County (Versailles, KY) to encounter the Yellowjackets in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 19. The Yellowjackets go into the battle with a record of 7-7. Woodford County lost 3-2 in their recent non-league battle against Tates Creek (Lexington, KY)

The Colonels now own a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sayre for a non-league battle on Monday, September 23.
