Ohio High School Volleyball - Caldwell over Monroe Central

In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Caldwell Redskins volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Monroe Central Seminoles.

The Redskins (11-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Buckeye Local (Rayland, OH). The Panthers come into the Buckeye 8 challenge with a 1-7 record. In their last challenge, Buckeye Local lost by Shadyside (Shadyside, OH), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Seminoles play the Barnesville Shamrocks (Barnesville, OH) in a Ohio Valley 3A challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Monroe Central will attempt to upgrade on its 9-2 season record. The Shamrocks come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 3-0 league loss to Union Local (Belmont, OH).
