North Carolina High School Volleyball - Cape Fear overwhelmed by Gray's Creek

The Gray's Creek Bears topped the host Cape Fear Colts volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Next up, the Bears confront the Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, September 18. Gray's Creek will attempt to advance on its 10-4 season record. The Patriots go into the game with a 9-5 record after their 3-1 league win over Hoke County (Raeford, NC).

The Colts (9-5) will now prepare for their game against Lumberton (Lumberton, NC). The Pirates go into the United Eight 3A/4A game with a 8-6 record. In their last game, Lumberton went down by Purnell Swett (Pembroke, NC), 3-2, in a league game.
