Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) and the visiting Carolina International Comets (Concord, NC), observed Queen's Grant's volleyball team top Carolina International by a count of 3-0.

The Stallions (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Central Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 5-10 record. In their last contest, Central Academy notched a victory over Forest Hills (Marshville, NC), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Comets meet the Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 18. Carolina International will attempt to move on its 3-10 season record. The Cardinals enter the contest with a 4-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC).
