The Defenders (4-8) will now prepare for their challenge against University Christian (Jacksonville, FL). The Christians come into the non-league challenge with a 2-11 record. In their last challenge, University Christian lost by Christ's Church Academy (Jacksonville, FL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Warriors play the Harvest Community Warriors (Jacksonville, FL) in a 1A District 2 challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Covenant School of Jacksonville will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 11-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Eagle's View (Jacksonville, FL).
