The Franklinton Demons topped the visiting Independence Tigers volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Demons confront the Amite Warriors (Amite, LA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, September 18. Franklinton will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record. The Warriors go into the game with a 2-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Varnado (Angie, LA).
The Tigers (0-2) will now prepare for their game against St. Thomas Aquinas (Hammond, LA). The Falcons go into the Division IV District 7 game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, St. Thomas Aquinas gained a win over Hammond (Hammond, LA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
