The George County Rebels (Lucedale, MS) volleyball knocked off the host Long Beach Bearcats (Long Beach, MS), 3-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Rebels now possess a 13-6 record. They play next when they travel to Jackson Prep for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 21. George County will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over St. Andrew's Episcopal (Ridgeland, MS). The Patriots record now stands at 13-7.

With the loss, Long Beach drops to 9-8 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to West Harrison (Gulfport, MS) to clash with the Hurricanes in a Class 6A Region 4 bout on Wednesday, September 18. The Hurricanes come into the bout with a record of 9-11.
