In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Glen Rock Panthers volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Hawthorne Christian Defenders.

The Panthers (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Manchester Regional (Haledon, NJ). The Falcons enter the North Jersey - Colonial challenge with a 1-6 record. In their last challenge, Manchester Regional was beaten by Eastside (Paterson, NJ), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Defenders meet the Hawthorne Bears (Hawthorne, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 19. Hawthorne Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology (Paterson, NJ).
