The Harlan Green Dragons volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Middlesboro Yellowjackets to 2 in the Green Dragons league triumph on Tuesday.

The Green Dragons now have a 6-6 record. They play next when they host Bell County for a District 52 outing on Thursday, September 19. Harlan will play a Bobcats team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Jellico (Jellico, TN). The Bobcats record now stands at 9-5.

With the loss, Middlesboro drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Red Bird (Beverly, KY) to play the Cardinals in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 19. The Cardinals come into the outing with a record of 0-4. Red Bird lost 3-0 in their recent league outing against Oneida Baptist Institute (Oneida, KY)
