North Carolina High School Volleyball - Southern Guilford over High Point Central

The Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC) volleyball knocked off the visiting High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC), 3-0 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Storm now possess a 4-8 record. They play next when they host Rockingham County for a Mid-State 3A bout on Thursday, September 19. Southern Guilford will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 league win over Atkins (Winston-Salem, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 11-3.

With the loss, High Point Central drops to 1-13 on the campaign. The Bison travel to Dudley (Greensboro, NC) to clash with the Panthers in a Mid-State 3A bout on Thursday, September 19. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 8-2. Dudley lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC)
