The Storm now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Caldwell County for a District 7 bout on Thursday, September 19. Hopkins County Central will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Madisonville-North Hopkins (Madisonville, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, McLean County drops to 3-13 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Owensboro (Owensboro, KY) to clash with the Red Devils in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 19. The Red Devils come into the bout with a record of 11-6. Owensboro won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Daviess County (Owensboro, KY)
