The Thrasher Rebels (Booneville, MS) volleyball held off the host Jumpertown Cardinals (Booneville, MS), 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Rebels now possess a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Wheeler for a Class 1A Region 1 bout on Thursday, September 19. Thrasher will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Tupelo Christian Prep (Belden, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 2-12.

With the loss, Jumpertown drops to 3-7 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Pine Grove (Ripley, MS) to clash with the Panthers in a Class 1A Region 2 bout on Friday, September 20. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 11-12. Pine Grove won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Falkner (Falkner, MS)
