The Poplarville Hornets (Poplarville, MS) volleyball held off the visiting Pass Christian Pirates (Pass Christian, MS), 3-2 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Hornets now possess a 13-5 record. They play next when they travel to Bay for a Class 4A Region 8 game on Wednesday, September 18.
