Plains Cowboys (Plains, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Wellman-Union Wildcats (Wellman, TX), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Plains improves its record to 13-11 on the season. The Cowboys travel to Abernathy (Abernathy, TX) to face the Antelopes in a 2A Region I District 2 test on Saturday, September 21. The Antelopes go into the test with a record of 0-9.

The Wildcats now own a 7-16 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rotan for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1.
