Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Willow Spring Storm (Fuquay-Varina, NC) and the visiting Southeast Raleigh Bulldogs (Raleigh, NC), observed Willow Spring's volleyball team top Southeast Raleigh by a count of 3-1.

The Storm (2-13) will now prepare for their contest against Clayton (Clayton, NC). The Comets enter the Greater Neuse River 4A contest with a 5-8 record. In their last contest, Clayton was knocked off by Cleveland (Clayton, NC), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Bulldogs battle the Hillside Hornets (Durham, NC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, September 18. Southeast Raleigh will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Hornets enter the contest with a 0-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Northern Durham (Durham, NC).
