California High School Flag Football - Monrovia can't hold off Westridge

Westridge Tigers (Pasadena, CA) followers went home pleased Wednesday as they saw their flag football team nip the host Monrovia Wildcats (Monrovia, CA), 27-20 in a league battle.
With the win, Westridge advances its record to 8-3 on the season. The Tigers travel to Temple City (Temple City, CA) to play the Rams in a battle on Wednesday, September 24. The Rams go into the battle with a record of 2-3.
The Wildcats now own a 3-4 record. They play next when they travel to Glendora for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. Monrovia will play a Tartans team coming off a 27-6 league loss to Bonita (La Verne, CA). The Tartans record now stands at 8-5.
