The Mustangs (5-0) will now prepare for their battle against Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC). The Mavericks enter the non-league battle with a 4-4 record. In their last battle, Marvin Ridge tipped Piedmont (Monroe, NC), 3-1, in a non-league match.

The Huskies now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hopewell for a non-league match on Thursday, September 25. Hough will meet a Titans team coming off a 6-1 non-league loss to Garinger (Charlotte, NC). The Titans record now stands at 2-6.
