In Wednesday's non-league outing, the visiting Zeeland West Dux soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Hamilton Hawkeyes.

The Dux (3-6) will now prepare for their test against Spring Lake (Spring Lake, MI). The Lakers come into the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Spring Lake Unity Christian (Hudsonville, MI), 0-0, in a league test.

The Hawkeyes now have a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Unity Christian for a Ottawa-Kent - Blue test on Monday, September 22. Hamilton will play a Crusaders squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over South Christian (Grand Rapids, MI). The Crusaders record now stands at 8-0.
