North Carolina High School Soccer - Lincolnton nudges Highland Tech

In Wednesday's league outing, the host Lincolnton Wolves soccer squad scored a tight 3-2 victory over the Highland Tech Rams.

The Wolves (6-6) will now prepare for their outing against West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Rebels go into the Southern Piedmont 2A/3A/4A outing with a 6-5 record. In their last outing, West Lincoln was edged by Burns (Lawndale, NC), 6-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Rams confront the East Gaston Warriors (Mt. Holly, NC) in a Southern Piedmont 2A/3A/4A test, on Wednesday, September 24. Highland Tech will attempt to advance on its 10-2 season record.
