Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Mackinaw City Comets (Mackinaw City, MI) and the visiting Alanson Vikings (Alanson, MI), observed Mackinaw City's volleyball team hold off Alanson by a count of 3-2.
The Comets (6-7) will now prepare for their contest against Alanson (Alanson, MI). The Vikings go into the Freelance battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Alanson was edged by Mackinaw City (Mackinaw City, MI), 3-2, in a league battle.
