Southern Lab Kittens (Baton Rouge, LA) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball team overcome the visiting White Castle Bulldogs (White Castle, LA), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Kittens (8-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Plaquemine (Plaquemine, LA). The Green Devils come into the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Plaquemine went down by West Feliciana (St. Francisville, LA), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Madison Prep Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. White Castle will face a squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Baton Rouge (Baton Rouge, LA). The record now stands at 8-5.
