The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Eastside Eagles (Taylors, SC) and the visiting Riverside Warriors (Greer, SC), saw Eastside's volleyball squad nip Riverside by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Eastside upgrades its record to 5-8 on the year. The Eagles travel to Mauldin (Mauldin, SC) to play the Mavericks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 19. The Mavericks go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Mauldin won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against J.L. Mann (Greenville, SC)

The Warriors now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they host Travelers Rest for a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 20. Riverside will play a Devildogs squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC). The Devildogs record now stands at 2-3.
