The Briar Woods Falcons held off the visiting Riverside Ram volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Falcons now have a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Loudoun Valley for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 19. Briar Woods will confront a Vikings team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Rock Ridge (Ashburn, VA). The Vikings record now stands at 0-7.
The Ram (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 6-4 record.
