The Wakefield Wolverines topped the visiting Franklinton Rams volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.
The Wolverines now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rolesville for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 19. Wakefield will confront a Rams team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Heritage (Wake Forest, NC). The Rams record now stands at 5-7.
The Rams (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Southern Nash (Bailey, NC). The Firebirds enter the non-league test with a 9-0 record. In their last test, Southern Nash gained a win over Louisburg (Louisburg, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
