North Carolina High School Soccer - North Henderson Tuscola

North Henderson Knights (Hendersonville, NC) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Tuscola Mountaineers (Waynesville, NC), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Knights face the Franklin Panthers (Franklin, NC) in a Mountain Seven 3A challenge, on Wednesday, September 20. North Henderson will attempt to better on its 3-4 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 6-3 record after their 3-2 league loss to Pisgah (Canton, NC).

The Mountaineers now have a 1-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Henderson for a Mountain Seven 3A challenge on Wednesday, September 20. Tuscola will face a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Brevard (Brevard, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 2-4.
