North Carolina High School Soccer - South Columbus knocks off West Columbus

The South Columbus Stallions soccer team scored 9 points and limited the host West Columbus Vikings to 1 in the Stallions league victory on Monday.

Next, the Stallions face the Heide Trask Titans (Rocky Point, NC) in a Waccamaw 1A/2A contest, on Wednesday, September 20. South Columbus will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record. The Titans enter the contest with a 4-5 record after their 1-1 non-league Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC).

The Vikings now have a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Bladen for a Waccamaw 1A/2A contest on Wednesday, September 20. West Columbus will face a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Pender (Burgaw, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 4-4.
