The Pirates now sport a 11-5 record. They play next when they host Baconton Charter for a 1A D-II Region 1 match on Tuesday, September 19. Miller County will face a Blazers squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Quitman County (Georgetown, GA). The Blazers record now stands at 12-6.

With the loss, Southwest Georgia STEM Charter moves to 1-6 on the season. The Aggies host Seminole County (Donalsonville, GA) to face the Indians in a 1A D-II Region 1 match on Thursday, September 21. The Indians go into the match with a record of 8-4.
