Missouri High School Softball - St. Teresa's Academy bounces Winnetonka

The St. Teresa's Academy Stars routed the host Winnetonka Griffins softball squad by a final score of 12-4 in Monday's non-league battle.

The Stars (5-11) will now prepare for their battle against Chrisman (Independence, MO). The Bears go into the non-league battle with a 4-16 record. In their last battle, Chrisman was routed by Fort Osage (Independence, MO), 15-0, in a league battle.

The Griffins now possess a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to North Kansas City for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 19. Winnetonka will meet a Hornets squad coming off a 6-2 non-league win over Chrisman (Independence, MO). The Hornets record now stands at 3-8.
