The Ashe County Huskies volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Hibriten Panthers to 0 in the Huskies league victory on Monday.

The Huskies now possess a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Freedom for a Northwestern 3A/4A game on Wednesday, September 20.

The Panthers (8-4) will now prepare for their game against Watauga (Boone, NC). The Pioneers enter the Northwestern 3A/4A game with a 9-1 record. In their last game, Watauga defeated Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC), 3-0, in a league game.
