The Maple River Eagles topped the host Barnes County North co-op [North Central/Wimbledon-Courtenay] Bison volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 7-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Madelia for a non-league test on Monday, September 18. Maple River will confront a Blackhawks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Martin County West (Sherburn, MN). The Blackhawks record now stands at 3-5.
The Bison (0-7) will now prepare for their test against Enderlin (Enderlin, ND). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 4-10 record. In their last test, Enderlin was knocked off by Maple River (Mapleton, MN), 3-0, in a non-league game.
