Virginia High School Volleyball - Brunswick Academy over Halifax Academy

The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Brunswick Academy Vikings (Lawrenceville, VA) and the visiting Halifax Academy Vikings (Roanoke Rapids, NC), saw Brunswick Academy's volleyball squad beat Halifax Academy by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Brunswick Academy upgrades its record to 13-4 on the year. The Vikings travel to Kenston Forest (Blackstone, VA) to confront the Kavaliers in a Virginia Colonial test on Tuesday, September 19. The Kavaliers enter the test with a record of 6-5.

The Vikings (6-10) will now prepare for their test against Faith Christian (Rocky Mount, NC). The Patriots enter the NCISAA Carolina Independent 2A/1A test with a 3-6 record. In their last test, Faith Christian was knocked off by Kerr-Vance Academy (Henderson, NC), 3-0, in a league test.
