The Carlisle County Comets volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting St. Mary Vikings to 0 in the Comets non-league victory on Monday.

The Comets now have a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calloway County for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 19. Carlisle County will meet a Lakers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Community Christian (Paducah, KY). The Lakers record now stands at 8-3.

The Vikings (2-13) will now prepare for their game against Fulton County (Hickman, KY). The Pilots enter the non-league game with a 1-14 record. In their last game, Fulton County dropped by Hickman County (Clinton, KY), 3-0, in a league game.
