Missouri High School Volleyball - Smith-Cotton over Marshall

Smith-Cotton Tigers (Sedalia, MO) backers left the game in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Marshall Owls (Marshall, MO), 3-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Helias Crusaders (Jefferson City, MO) in a Class 4 District 5 match, on Tuesday, September 19. Smith-Cotton will attempt to better on its 5-8 season record. The Crusaders come into the match with a 13-3 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Staley (Kansas City, MO).

With the loss, Marshall drops to 0-9 on the campaign. The Owls host Concordia (Concordia, MO) to battle the Fighting Orioles in a non-league match on Wednesday, September 20.
