The Maywood CES Wolfpack volleyball team (Maywood, CA), went down 3-1 in Monday's league challenge with the host Torres Toros (Los Angeles, CA)

The Toros (9-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Elizabeth (Cudahy, CA). The Bulldogs enter the Southern challenge with a 7-6 record. In their last challenge, Elizabeth defeated Marquez (Huntington Park, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wolfpack encounter the Maywood Academy Nighthawks (Maywood, CA) in a Southern challenge, on Thursday, September 21. Maywood CES will attempt to move on its 2-15 season record. The Nighthawks enter the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Sotomayor (Los Angeles, CA).
