The West End Patriots volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Southeastern Mustangs to 0 in the Patriots non-league victory on Monday.

The Patriots now possess a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Gaston for a 2A Area 13 game on Tuesday, September 19. West End will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Moody (Moody, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-8.

The Mustangs (6-8) will now prepare for their game against Locust Fork (Locust Fork, AL). The Hornets enter the 2A Area 12 game with a 6-11 record. In their last game, Locust Fork was dropped by Brindlee Mountain (Guntersville, AL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
