In Wednesday's non-league outing, the visiting Doherty Memorial Highlanders soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 win over the Burncoat Patriots.
The Highlanders (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against St. John's (Shrewsbury, MA). The Pioneers enter the non-league outing with a 4-1 record. In their last outing, St. John's tipped Xaverian Brothers (Westwood, MA), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Patriots confront the Leicester Wolverines (Leicester, MA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, October 1. Burncoat will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
