In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Foshay Wolverines volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Middle College Cougars.

The Wolverines (6-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Math & Science College Preparatory (Los Angeles, CA). The Sharks come into the Crosstown challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Math & Science College Preparatory beat Horace Mann UCLA Community (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars play the New West Charter Eagles (Los Angeles, CA) in a Crosstown challenge, on Friday, September 20. Middle College will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Larchmont Charter (West Hollywood, CA).
