Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Magnolia Science Academy Pirates (Santa Ana, CA) and the host Waldorf (Costa Mesa, CA), observed Magnolia Science Academy's volleyball team top Waldorf by a count of 3-1.

The Pirates (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against Eastside Christian (Fullerton, CA). The Eagles enter the contest with a 1-5 record.

Next, the battle the NOVA Academy Eagles (Santa Ana, CA) in a contest, on Friday, September 20. Waldorf will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record.
