New Jersey High School Volleyball - Mainland Regional can't get by Our Lady of Mercy Academy

The Our Lady of Mercy Academy Villagers edged the visiting Mainland Regional Mustangs volleyball team by a tally of 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Villagers (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Cherokee (Marlton, NJ). The Chiefs enter the non-league challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Cherokee got by Shawnee (Medford, NJ), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs meet the Egg Harbor Township Eagles (Egg Harbor Township, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Mainland Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 2-0 league win over Atlantic County Institute of Tech (Mays Landing, NJ).
