Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the O'Neill Raiders (Highland Falls, NY) and the host Monticello Panthers (Monticello, NY), observed O'Neill's volleyball team top Monticello by a tally of 3-0.

The Raiders (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Beacon (Beacon, NY). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Beacon beat Fallsburg (Fallsburg, NY), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Panthers meet the Cornwall Central Dragons (New Windsor, NY) in a Section 9 Orange County III contest, on Friday, September 20. Monticello will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Dragons enter the contest with a 5-1 record after their 3-1 league win over Valley Central (Montgomery, NY).
