Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Temecula Prep Patriots (Winchester, CA) and the host San Jacinto Leadership Academy Lions (San Jacinto, CA), observed Temecula Prep's volleyball team top San Jacinto Leadership Academy by a count of 3-0.

The Patriots (14-1) will now prepare for their contest against California Military Institute (Perris, CA). The Rough Riders enter the South Valley contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, California Military Institute was knocked off by Desert Christian Academy (Bermuda Dunes, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Lions meet the Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic School Mustangs (Temecula, CA) in a South Valley contest, on Friday, September 20. San Jacinto Leadership Academy will attempt to move on its 7-9 season record. The Mustangs enter the contest with a 3-5 record after their 3-1 league win over Nuview Bridge (Nuevo, CA).
