In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Westland Hialeah Wildcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the South Miami Cobras.

The Wildcats (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against North Miami (North Miami, FL). The Pioneers enter the non-league challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, North Miami beat Central (Miami, FL), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cobras meet the Jackson Generals (Miami, FL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 23. South Miami will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Generals enter the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to American (Hialeah, FL).
